Innominate Incorporated, operating as the trademark pending brand Twisted Butcher™, operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience "the Services". The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Twisted Butcher™.

Thank you for shopping with Twisted Butcher™! This policy explains how your order is shipped, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Shipping Destinations

We do not currently ship outside of Ontario, Canada.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available at our discretion on selected orders as displayed at checkout.

Canada Customs, Taxes and Other Applicable Fees

Orders shipped in Ontario will be subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes (HST) as calculated at checkout. Because we ship entirely within Ontario, no international customs duties or carrier brokerage fees apply to your order.

Order Processing and Tracking

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders will be processed as soon as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it. Please note tracking information may take time to update when you receive the link.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us at juanita@twistedbutcher.ca as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us at juanita@twistedbutcher.ca and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order or project? Contact us as soon as possible at juanita@twistedbutcher.ca. Because we handle both physical apparel fulfillment and custom graphic design services, changes or cancellations can only be accommodated if production or creative work has not yet commenced. Once an item has entered production or custom design work is underway, we are unable to alter or cancel the order. Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method.
