Innominate Incorporated, operating as the trademark pending brand Twisted Butcher™, operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience "the Services". The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Twisted Butcher™.

Returns and Exchanges

Whether return requests are accepted depends on these terms and your rights under applicable law.

All sales are final, except for defective products. Please check the size information on the product page before ordering.

As each item is custom made-to-order specifically for you at the time of ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, colour preference, or change of mind.

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective - for example misprinted or damaged or you received the wrong item.

If your item arrives defective please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at juanita@twistedbutcher.ca and provide your order number, a photo(s) proving the defect, and a description of the issue. We do not automatically issue a prepaid return label for defective items. In certain cases an item may be assessed without being sent back. If an item does need to be returned for assessment, we will instruct you how to return it with a prepaid label at that time. If we assess that an item is confirmed defective, we will arrange a replacement or a refund, at our discretion, for that item. We may not be able to assist with a defective item more than 14 days after you receive it.

You must contact us before returning any item.

Cancellations

Whether cancellation requests are accepted depends on these terms and your rights under applicable law.

We do not generally offer cancellations as each item is custom made-to-order specifically for you at the time of ordering. In certain cases we may agree to a cancellation however if your order is already being processed we may not be able to provide any cancellation.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at juanita@twistedbutcher.ca or 905-334-4555 and provide your order number, and a reason for the cancellation request. If we assess that a cancellation is warranted, we will attempt to provide a cancellation per these terms.

Exceptions Non-Returnable / Exchange / Cancellation

Items may not be eligible for return, exchange or cancellation as stated in the terms of this policy or in the product description of our website at the time of your purchase.

Refunds and Replacements

We will notify you after we assess your defective item and let you know whether any refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method, unless otherwise stated. Please note: Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post your refund.

If you do not see your refund within a reasonable period of time after your refund was approved, contact us at juanita@twistedbutcher.ca and let us know.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply if goods are defective, or arrive damaged.
